I'm getting sick of this weather, We have been under tornado wanrnings every day now for the last 3-4 days... can't really plan anything. I went to Sears yesterday and bought an exercise bike to start riding.. Don't like to think of that either but it has to be done...LOL

i'm realy into this water exercise right now. Much easier on my body than biking. gym has an indoor pool.
