Did you ever want to hit "yes" on every one of them just to see what happens?
Do they stay in your mutual match box forever and a day waiting for one of you to contact the other?
Do they get the match on their end and "deactivate"?
Do they contact you and interrogate you while going down their checklist of what they will and will not tolerate?
Do you wish there was a "never mind" or a "hel! no" button?
Do you think "maybe" and then say, "no" . . what would they see in me?
Do you think "maybe" and think "what was I thinking" ... too late to unclick?

I have only used the mutual match feature a few times. Received them and sent them. I usually just delete them now. But, occasionally I see one that gets me thinking.

All of my MM's in the end....I wind up deleting.
They never keep in touch, never want to really meet.
Don't even send emails.

It is nothing but a farce to me........

I've clicked Yes or Maybe on a few -- never heard from any of them.

Mostly, I just click No becasue the profiles are so vapid and boring and empty -- if she can't write three halfway-decent sentences about herself, what more is there going to be? --

The ones who actually do write something are generally just putting up carbon copies of all the other profiles that actually have real text in them -- the mandatory "no game players" and "I'm laid back and easy going" and "I like to go out or stay in" -- nothing even remotely interesting or original....

I decided to try the mutual match again. It is very interesting in the fact that I clicked yes on some. They showed up as interested in me and wishing to meet me on mutual match four minutes ago. I am still trying to figure out how they could be interested in me four minutes ago when their profile says last seen in the last month.spock whoa

laugh There is a lot of that. Don't leave out "walks on the beach", even in areas over a thousand miles from the nearest beach.

Yes, and also "I'm comfortable in a t-shirt and jeans or a little black dress." Never both at the same time, though.

I saw one yesterday -- I am not making this up -- that was a direct cut and paste of her profile from another site -- she had even left in a line something like "I bet [name of other site] wishes they had better rules about what to put here" -- I mean, come on, at LEAST look it over and take out the inapplicable references!
