Many things... but one time in my younger years I took a large amount of substances at a concert and at one point in the night after the concert ended I thought I had died and was just a spirit walking around, and I was okay with that... then I realized that others were trying to talk to me.... and I realized I had lost my memory... and my sense of reality... and that scared the hell out of me!!Took me three days to remember my name and about two weeks to feel like I was down to "normalcy" again... Soooo.... losing my mind and knowing it would rank pretty high up there for me.

Oh, and the thought of ever going back to drinking and drugging again after being clean and sober for 14 yrs..... that scares me.

Noting is worse then death. Unless you where blown up and have no arms or legs any more, I guess that would come close unless you got replacement ones.

I'll have to agree... this was the darkest time I have ever had in my life, the before, during, and after,

the pain may not linger anymore but the scar will always be there.
