It will mean you will decompose at a slower pace than others but just think if you're ever zombiefied you won't be as rotten as the other corpses that were reanimated as well

i'm addicted to all the crystal light flavors...and yes, i know that aspartame is bad for me.

sugar kicks my rear, though...so it's a trade-off. i'm flat-out in love with diet vanilla pepsi, but caffeine makes my entire body hurt, so i reeeeally try and limit it and drink double the water to make up for what i DO consume.

I stopped buying carbonated drinks about 10yrs ago, and the only time i have them is for a mixer for alcohol.

I see students every day who have basically no enamel left on their teeth cos of all the coke they drink, and it makes me wonder why their parents allow them to drink it.

Usually the only thing available to drink in my house, is water, milk or a hot beverage, and i also use decaffe coffee.

Imo, coke, and any other carbonated drink, r a sin

i mix my crystal light 2/3 strength because most of those drinks are too sweet for my taste. i used to drink a lot of instant lemonade and i would mix that weak as well. i'd probably be better off drinking the lemonade because the sugar is better for you than the chemical substitutes.

*sighs*

i actually drink more of the off-brand than the crystal light...they are completely calorie-free. and yummy.

i try to skip any sugar other than in fruits...i'm not supposed to have any.

i drink close to a gallon of water a day, regardless.

Pink, I was at the park, hiking with my son... and I see this family coming our way. They are ALL carrying bottles of soda, Coke, Sunkist, Dr. Pepper. The mom had four kids, averaging ten to four years of age, all with a sugared caffienated beverage. It was 87 degrees and sunny.

How healthy.

the only time i allow my kids soda is when we're at someone else's house or at a restaurant, as an occasional treat.

even then, my eleven-year-old never gets anything other than water.
