hey tehre tx, yeah he might be invovled, but I know who th eprimary one
is with cps by her actions. As afr as getting any "records" from cps
though, you have to have a court order to do so, and even then it is not
garunteed to be effective cause you can call in amonymously.
However, I am very seriously thinking out contacting a lawyer, to find
out if there is anything else I can do, considering cps knows that I am
not a threat to he kids and whatnot.

Daniel, you want to re-enlist in the army, but you were worried about
the fitness test. And yet you post here, in this thread, that you are
overweight.

The CPS is called to investigate, and you are hostile to them...because
your house is a mess from repairs? They have seen it all before..messy
houses aren't an issue, especially if there is repairs that needed
doing. Child safety is what they are about.

But you cried victim here.

Now you have a vendetta against you by a disgruntled ex-worker, which
again you are an innocent victim too?

Messing with a mans livelyhood is grounds for a good pounding...though I
don't recommend it... You're doing the right thing...leave as much of a
paper trail as possible. If and when things go to court having things
documented is everything. Keep copies of everything.
