Buy the mobile home park I live in, get a franchise resturaunt ( olive garden)( Red Lobster) in the town nearest to me. after I paid off all my bills of course , This is so that It will continue to be an income... Give enough to my closest family members to help them. Lots to charities, none to churches. Don't believe in "church doctrines" set up food programs for the poor elderly, and help them. and the list goes and goes.. Nice, Ducky! |

I would acquire a modest home, new car, student loans paid in full & a long term CD for each of my 3 angels. If there was anything left over then I would spend it slowly & wisely so that I am living comfortably for the remainder of my life. Would help my family out, and a couple of my friends that are closer than brothers. They would never have to work again. ( I have never had a brother. A couple of adopted bros though).
Safely invest some of the money into bank cds. Give to some charities that I know are accountable as to how they spend the money. Open a soup kitchen to help people less fortunate have at least one good hot meal a day. A lot of red tape setting this up. Help some kids that need tutoring on school work. Would need a building and some volunteers to help out on that one. A lot of red tape setting this up too. See if there is somewhere else in my community that I could possibly help out. Then after all that is taken care of: Buy myself a house. Nothing extremely fancy. This is not my style. Buy myself a new car. Once again, nothing too flashy. This is not my style. Buy myself some new clothes. Hopefully have a mingle party for my friends that I have met on here. It would be so kewl to meet some of you in person. |

Rara - I am honored - I think this is the first time you have posted in one of my threads... Secondly, I love your ideas. I love your choices, especially working with the kids. You are an angel from heaven |

You are an angel from heaven Thank you for the compliment It is an honor for me to post in one of your threads. My postings are the type of a person that I am. My parents did well with me. I`m blessed that they instilled their values into my life. When I was younger, I coached baseball, football, and basketball. I miss working with the kids.I`m too old to do this now. The "wheels" don`t go as good as they used to. When you are spending time coaching a kid in a sport, you at least know that they aren`t out getting into something that they shouldn`t be getting into for at least a couple hours a day. It`s fun running into some of them at times and see them with their own kids, and they proudly tell their kids that you were one of their influences when they were younger. The job that I just got laid off from, 2 of my supervisors and a production engineer played baseball for my dad and I when they were younger. They are in their early 50`s now. (((Meg))) |

I would:
Pay off my house Pay off my dad's house Buy a new car Set up some CD's for my son Pay off my student loans Pay off my credit cards Buy a new gun If there is enough money left over, I would love to open a home for runaway/sexually abused girls. That was going to be my mission after I retire, but if I could get on that quicker, that would be fabulous! |

If you ever get the opprotunity to do this, it would be a blessing to your community. You are in my prayers to be able to do this. |

I actually manage a shelter for abused boys - I have 10 of the hardest cases in a 4 county area. It is very, very rewarding. I love them all like they are my very own. |

I read what you wrote wrong the first time. I thought it said you would find a girl who would live with you AND your SO. As for me, I'd: Pay off my bills Buy my truck that I've always wanted Buy a log cabin in the woods for me and my son Send a monthly donation to find a cure for my son's syndrome Then I'd be a foster mom to any child who needed the love and attention they aren't getting at home |
