I've just been on the phone for the past half hour with Lee (Jess642). Talk about a sexy Aussie voice!  but it's not smooooookin'.... I love Aussie accents!  I can't hear it, so I don't know, Keith did this lame arse attempt at mimicing me...I sure hope I don't sound like that!

Ah - Jess your accent would be like music to my ears... I actually get to speak to different parts of the US on the phone and am always amazed at the different accents - and all have their own special appeal! I notice that too... the differences between the North and South of your country, and even the west coast/east coast differences... Ours is less noticable... South Australians sound a little more like New Zealanders...and Victorians have a broader accent.... but otherwise we are all pretty similar, not a big difference, unlike your country's accents... |

Wonderful! I've never heard an actual one before that wasn't on TV or something. The accent is nice, am partial to the Kiwi accent too (mainly because my dad is from NZ). Sometimes hard to tell Aus and South African accents apart though. |
