would you 'fess up and apologize, or 'fess up and not apologize? or play along with everybody else and hold your shirt over your nose while looking around with everybody for someone else to blame? Could you hold back your laughter at everybody else's disgust? If it was somebody else: Would you maintain your poise? or would you let out a big, "My God!!! What did you eat?!?!" What would you do? |

Giggle.....I can't help it, I just giggle.
One of my favorite outtakes from the american idol auditions this year was a girl who got up on stage to audition and farted (it was audible, no real denying it happened). She said...... "Oh my god, I just totally farted!". Gotta respect someone who can fess up to it. |

I guess it depends on what we were doing when he/she farted. If the person was doing strenous things... (ie) lifting something heavy, getting squeezed really hard or doing something uncomforatable, then i think overlooking it would be the best... However, if the person who released the gas.. was just sitting there and blantly lifted thier leg and let it rip, that is gross and should clearly excuse themselves and find the nearest bathroom! LOL.
