Couldn't happen to a nicer person.
Nothing evaporates better than cynicism Nothing is more exciting than the combination of Sincerity and Talent. |

Yes!
It will be very interesting to see what kind of opportunities she gets and how it works out for her. It is exciting. She has a lot of well wishers that is for sure! |

I read she has already been offered a recording contract.
She has such an amazing voice and deserves all the recognition she can get. |

i cannot wait to hear more from her.
can you imagine her sounding THAT good live at her first big audition in front her first big audience... and i literally can't stop listening to it and wondering at its purity and beauty . wait until she gets into a studio where everything will be refined to perfection, and she will be more comfortable and ready to dig in her heels. i seriously cannot wait to hear more from her |

In a society that judges people on their looks, by their pocketbooks, by their social standing...all the prejudgments and biases and shallowness of society just melted away...for one moment, people opened their eyes and hearts and just stopped being so horrible...
I believe we all know how this feels especially on a dating site where we are all quickly judged by a photo. Seldom does the person take the time to respond to a message and give themselves a chance to discover there is actually much more to the person behind the photo. How many times have we passed over a perfect match just because we based our opinions on their looks? Not everyone is a model and most people aren't very photogenic. I've seen some very attractive people that just look horrible in photos. Let this be a powerful lesson to us all never judge a book by it's cover. It's time we got such a huge wake up call to our own superficial shallowness. Thank you Susan Boyles for showing us the errors of our ways and having the courage to break down these walls with your beautiful voice. I wish her the best of luck and regardless if she wins 'British has got talent" she's already a Mega Star forever more... :) |

I just watched it again!
I got a hit of energy off it!!! |

It was interesting watching that video before she sang when Simon asked her what was her goal and she said to be a professional singer. The camera suddenly showed a woman in the audience that was going pfffftt like she was thinking "not in this lifetime honey". To that woman in the audience I say PFFFFTTTTTTT! Susan Boyle will be one and she showed it! Good luck to you Susan!

It was nice to actually see something this beautiful on TV for a change. What a God-given gift this woman was given; and shame on those people who made fun of her as a child and those that judged her before she sang. They've been showing her alot here in New York and everytime I hear her sing I cry -- I wish her the best. |

I dont think she even looks nearly as bad as people are making out. She might not have the most beautiful face in the world on her, but she holds herself very well. She is very graceful and her body language in general was very confident. A decent haircut, an eyebrow pluck and a new dress, she will look just fine.

Amazing....simply amazing. I think the best part was watching Simon Cowell inhale, then exhale slowly as she neared the end of her performance. With a response like that from him, you know she is amazing. It was like seeing him experience pure bliss.
I can't wait to hear more of her work. |
