Can hardly swallow? Ouch. Sounds like you might need to go see a doctor after a certain point, Prncs. You might have gotten something a little more stubborn than a cold or flu.

You just can't be certain of that. If could be a cold, or it could be bronchitis- if THAT'S the case, then you're probably gonna have to take antibiotics to get it cleared up. You could also have a case of pneumonia as well, but that's something a doctor would be able to tell you about.

Yeah. It could be Strep Throat, too. And that would NOT be a good thing to have at all.

That may be true, but a serious ailment (like Strep Throat) is still a serious ailment and should be looked at by a doctor.

well if it makes you feel better I haven't had streps since I was 12... Really, I'm sure it's just a stupid cold, I think I had abou the same thing last month.. It could even be allergies....

Well... there's always a possibility. However, since you were probably smoking while you had your cold, I wouldn't be surprised if it it was at least a case of bronchitis, which can often come up after a cold if you're not careful. And- like I said- that's gonna take a wee bit more than off-the-shelf remedies and cough suppressants to treat.
