Depends on the sevarity of the con. If it's a matter of 3 dollars I'd let it slide. If were talking 50 and on dollars then I get pissed and get the police involved. Either that or I chase them down and take back what's mine.

I asked him about it when they moved. And he said no. Now I can see it in plain sight. Write him a nasty letter, Talk to his landlord and tell him what they are about.

Anything you can do about it legally? Call the cops. Beyond that you are on your own, you can hand them their own ass or let it go.

Bingo! talk to his current landlord & inform him of his dead beat character.Then perhaps 1 day when Mr.dead beat is behind or short then his dilemma will fall on a deaf ear.Karma is a b'tch hey?
