I was in the army in the 80s-90s. I lent a guy $400 so that his car didn't get repo'd. He ripped me. I found him through the net 5 years ago and called him. He told me "F.U. You ain't seein it". As he lives just a short 90 minute drive away from me, I looked for him on the net again. Same house.

Last summer, he woke up one morning to find 4 flats(just the air let out), and some nasty stuff written in butter on his rear window. (How'd that get there?). I would have kicked his ass too, but that'd lead to problems.

Revenge.. Sometimes served ICE-cold.

Anything you can do about it legally? Call the cops. Beyond that you are on your own, you can hand them their own ass or let it go.
I am thinking about it, if I can get them to go up there and talk to them. But he will just deny it. I just hate theives more than just about anything else.

If there is legal proof of the rip off try small claims court... if not let it go and chalk it up to experience. Like the old saying goes, screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me.

Sometimes though, the best course is the course of least resistance... in small claims court there are expenses to be incurred that may or may not be recouped...
