Depends on who picks the date. There's only a couple of people I'd trust to set me up blind. Otherwise, no.

I've met some really interesting people, on blind dates. Some more interesting, in a scientific way, than others! My cousin met her now husband of eight years, on a blind date, and they are still so very much enjoying their relationship. I am fine with it.... I have no expectations, other than the person will be male, with their own unique story...and may even become a friend.
