oh yeah... How'd you do? Sorry you were up so late but I did enjoy chatting... It was fun... Well running isnt really thing but I killed on the sit ups and push ups. Apparently my push up form is "excellent" LOL |

For some reason over the past few years I was under the impression that I could only do chick push ups and I can pump out 50 of those no problem. They made me do REAL pushups and I did 20 before I let my knee drop for support LOL

You'd be surprised-
I once saw a bodybuilder type doing chick push-ups when I was doing the whole gym thing years ago. He claimed it helped give him some "cut". I told him it made him look like a buff dude doing chick push-ups. He didn't appreciate what I said very much.

Not only that but with his butt up in the air like that I'm sure it looked pretty funny
