Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm welllllllllllllllll it all depends on the person I guess some have a hard time saying what they feel and the boost of the alcohol gives them the courage to do so.
 therefore they just blurt it out. But............now if they can not in fact say it after wards then I would think it was only the liquor talking.
