My purpose in life is to wonder about all the people that have actually spoken to God.

I wonder about the people who say they speak for him.

I don't know, I have a feeling I'll miss it. The more I seek wisdom and knowledge, the confusion, and doubt I find.

Perhaps you are wondering about the wrong thing and need to speak with God yourself.

Moses spoke for God. I can see where you are coming from though. There are many false prophets and teachers.

Matthew 7

Perhaps next time you talk to him you can ask him to give me a call. Tell him to have some i.d on him though because generally when people hear voices it is because they are crazy.

It's usually not a audible voice dear...although Moses heard an audible voice. So if God spoke to man over 2000 years ago, can He not speak to us today. I'm thinking He can.
