Has anyone here ever done business with the GEEK SQUAD? I had them come and set up my new laptop and then the guy told me my desktop hard drive had crashed...

A guy I talked to at Radio Shack said he used to work for them and was fired because he refused to screw up someones PC so they would get more work.. going to get it checked out. It was working fine before he got here..

Hi Tim Yes I've used the Geek Squad but I only ever took stuff to them. Not always with the desired results.

Are you getting any snow Carol? We've been having whiteout conditions here, many accidents.. wind chill was 22 earilier.
