Nirvana is number two on my list of over hyped and over rated bands. I've heard all the arguments and I will never change my opinion that AT BEST they were a decent band.

Nice to see all the wonderful Nirvana fans out there.I lived in Seattle many years and despite Nirvana having a huge influence there no local bands would ever play any Nirvana songs.It was almost like it was sacrilegious or something to play his songs.

i have the nirvana smiley face on my back. but where did u sleep last night is one of my favorite songs but theres so many obviously. they were the band that got me into music. and music is the world to me. thats y they were my first tattoo. i was 5 when i had four of there tapes my brother gave to me. i listend to them religously everyday. the were from the muddy banks of the wishkah, unplugged, nevermind, and in utero. but my favorite band is NIN. but nirvana will always be number one.
