Hardest one I ever had to have was with a friend who had developed feelings for me that I did not share. I had to sit him down and explain that while I truly did adore him as a person, and cherished his friendship, I just didn't have the feelings for him that would make a relationship possible.
It hurt like heck to do, because I had to hurt him, but I couldn't lie and pretend I felt something I didn't. Unfortunately, he didn't feel that he could continue being my friend after that, so I lost someone that had been a wonderful part of my life :( |

1. Telling someone they are terrible in bed.
2. Telling a child bad news. 3. Telling a friend they are horribly wrong. 4. Death/disease/illness (as Scott said) 5. Telling someone you care about "no". 6. Telling someone their loved one is in jail/going to prison (I do this for work). |

"yeah, you might wannna go get tested. Oh, and by the way, can you get on birth control while you are there???"
LMAO J/K J/K seriously though, it must have been the conversation with one of my best friends when he found out that his fiance that was pregnant with his child, had died in a car accident.....i almost couldn't handle that sadness so, i would say that the most difficult conversation is the one about telling someone that they lost a loved one |

I was on the receiving end of the conversation, as devastating as the news was he was about to give me. I felt so bad for my poor father.
I was almost 21rs old, my daughter was 8 months old. Had just left the ob/gyn office excited to tell my father that he was gonna get the grandson he wanted so badly. Walked into my parents home very excited to tell him and the look on his face was pure devastation. You see my father was elected to tell me that my first husband had been in a head on collision with a drunk driver and wasn't expected to live throught the night. |
