So how many times can you love differentlovers...not all at the same
time..each relationship at different times...I assume you have a
different set of feelings each time..how do you know which is real .I
know the heart pounding one right..except what happens when the heart
does not have the effect any longer..?...perplexing huh....confusing
huh?

Este pregunta es muy bueno!
It goes along with the question of "soul mates" and are we predestined
to have only one true love in our lives.
I don't believe in that kind of love. I feel we are capable of many
loves and that "romantic" love is fleeting.
Then there's the "I love you" but I'm not "in love" with you.

How do we know which one is real Besitosati? The answer is only in your
heart and in your experience. We are all capable of lying to ourselves,
perhaps hoping the other will "change" to be the love we seek.

You know when it is real. That's when questions such as the one you ask
don't occur to you.

If I experience it once before I die I’ll be extremely happy

of answers in your heart , what if feelings take a turn theres love but

i have only had one soul mate...so powerful, so encompassing...it took
my breath away. i tried so hard to fight it...because it scared the
living **** out of me.

i sincerely hope that it's possible to have that more than once. i
acknowledge, however...that the loss of such a love might cause certain
doors to shut...and prevent anyone from EVER becoming that close again.

Love is not logical...

It is indefinable...and very real.

There is no limiters to love...no box, no label, no time frame...and no
options.

Love does not come on a menu card.

LOVE JUST IS.

Yes, questions do occur all the time. And if the answer is love, then
you are on the right path. The unexamined life is not worth living.
But neither is the invisible. You seem very passionate about the answers
you seek. It would be hard to do that if nobody could see you.
Where, or what, is the right feeling? Only you can discern what you are
feeling and about whom.
I think you may be questioning whether or not you have faith in what you
feel to be real. And don't let the word faith scare you, for I am far
from any type of a religious zealot.
Faith-the sense of ego and self-trust, is a choice you make everyday. To
not question it would be to die a little each time you deny it.

You never now where the journey in life takes you.

Who you meet...what lesson you will learn.

If we knew what we would find would we walk ahead or turn and flee.

There is a lot of learning to be gained both through love and pain.

Looking like that Riva, even I am in pain...great pic.. happy

And yes. pain has a purpose, both biological, and emotionally...we spend
so much time, trying to sedate pain, to run from it..mask it..

Let it out, let it rip, let it heal, and learn from it...

love is not a two second quick fix..

If the mind believes there is only one love for the heart on a planet of
3+ billion humans then that mind is stuck in scarcity thinking. I have
loved 2 wonderful partners and love my kids as well.

Yes the pain of an ended relationship was there and there were years of
restriction, But I full well know that I’ll meet someone who I’ll love
again.
How will I know that love is shared.? It will show up slightly
differently and yet the same deep emotional stirring. It will be
something beyond euphoria, something that when I check in with myself,
has a deeper stronger vibration. Something more stable than a fleeting
emotion.

OOOoohhhhh to get past that shut down. Trust, trust in my self. Trust
that I will survive no matter what. Trust that as I check in with myself
I will listen to what is going on and act accordingly.

love huh, you can love someone till you're black and blue in the face
or screwed, glued and tatooed. it doesnt mean that they might love you
back anyway. because I know, Ive been through it before crap you cant
even trust family members

That’s where trusting yourself come in jp.
Trust yourself to set boundaries, trust yourself to listen to what goes
on inside, trust yourself to act when needed.

Doesn’t mean we have to hang in bad situations even if its family. My
brother is an example. Booze has gotten to his brain and the way he
conducts himself in life is not healthy for my life. Haven’t talked to
him in 5 years or so. It hurts to put boundaries up some times, but I’m
not falling down with him.

mind you...i've loved since...and i've loved well. it just wasn't
the...head-over-heels, slap-you-upside-the-head, the
take-hold-of-your-spirit love.

Now that’s an interesting idea lulu.
Do we experience less of that euphoria as we move through more & more
relationships and then we get closer and clearer on the underlying
truths and love?
(I may not be wording this clearly, but it’s an interesting idea)

Love is meant to be calm...

Crazy is wonderful, but the most torturous kind of love.
