I just take the over the counter ones......Sleepe Eze.....I will be knocked out in about 14 minutes......PRECISELY!!! I take prescription "Temazpam" takes about an hour but I sleep like a log and wake up refreshed!!!

I think the perfect hours for me would be 10-6.........monday to friday. Or even better.......work 2 have 4 off???

I hate taking sleeping pills. They always make me sleepy for 2 days and it totally messes with me.

I take as needed also
