Only, this time, make a small change or addition to the printing. Then, have everyone take the old money in and exchange it dollar for dollar for the new dough.

Here's the logic.

Lets say, I claimed, as my income, $1,000.000. When I went in to exchange my money and I put down $10,000.00, I'd have to account where the extra $9,000.00 came from.

Figure a Paid-Off Politician wouldn't be able to explain away their excess and could be sent to prison.

too costly to implement and would take far too long to print all that cash. Especially saying there is far less currency than money in the economy now that it's mostly all electronic
