To be sure, it will fail. But, not necessary at this time. The fakeonomy can take off again, provided that Obama prints enough fake money for greed and the desire of quick and easy profits to overcome the fear of loss.

I'd say, there is only 25% chance of this crisis to be a last one. There is surely going to be inflation, and to proclaim this, one only needs to accept that the fakeonomy can survive. It is one and the same statement.

Finally, there is this perception that every time fiat system hiccups, it gets closer to it's death. This is not true. The fakeonomy can be carried forever, provided that the next crisis is always significantly bigger than the previous one. It the management falls asleep at the wheel and do not create the next crisis big enough, then the rubber band may actually snap, and the fiat system will commit a suicide.

Please, do not take my words as if I ever approved of this horrible system. I am simply discussing it's mechanics, not it morality, nor legality.
