michael...4 years ago I had an exciting adventure at the Mayo clinic
& came within a whisper of a transplant myself...it was during those
times I learned to talk to my heart..discovered many things...& there is
a
reason we point to our heart when we refer to ourselves

most recent checkup had my cardiologist saying
it was a miracle...He did his part with med recommendations
etc...and I didnt bother to tell him what I was doing
...meditation & creative visualization...meditate..visualize
a healing, warm light of energy from the center of the
earth ..allow it to rise thru your spine and fill your heart
with light..so much light that it surrounds you like
a bubble...

I didnt think any doctor would understand that so I
kept it to myself..

seemingly I have had a great recovery...and have quit all meds
...you will do fine...

Well,

Now it's time for this thread to slip back into the archives. It's also
time to say, "that it really doesn't matter what we look like". What
matters is who we are, and how special we all are (as a whole) to each
other.

I hope you all take the time once in a while to look around you, and see
that special one beside you on JSH, or in your own home, and say the
greatest words you can possibly say "I love you". It doesn't matter who
they are, what they look like, or even the special things they do that
might even sometimes bug you.

If you happen to think about it, you might just go ahead and give them a
hug for being who they are, and what they are. You never know when that
day is going to come when that person may not be there to hug. As LAMom
always says "I wish I was there to hug you". (That's love).

You know we all have our stories up here. We lay our lives out in the
open for others to see, and hear. We give our hearts, thoughts, prayers,
words, and pictures to each other. Sometimes when we do this long enough
we feel like (Just Saying Hi).
