all you can do is take it to management and management's management... and if they are going to be plicks then...yep....you really need a new sexcam gig! I was with management. Ive been accused......its her word against mine. I just happened to be walking outside to my car while this all happened. It doesnt matter......Im tired of soooooooooooooooooooo much ***!!!! Its sad though......my mom lives where I work. My dad helps them so much.....I guess I am sht and my dad is great. i hope cooler heads prevail soon. good management will understand that there is the possibility of a false malicious accusation.

In a salon as a contractor you can agree to more, or less depending on the salon...in the cities, Sydney and Melbourne, they can ask for up to $150 an hour....depending on their clientele.

Hairdressers are classified as tradespeople, and the regs around sub-contractors is they are their own business, working within a business...they run their own business within that. Did that make sense? Just like a plumber, concretor, etc works for a company, but run their own skill based business within the company.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm I remember having fun being a hairstylist. But then again you can never please EVERYONE!!!! I dont even know if Im any good anymore....... Im just tired of such bullsh*t!!! Ive never experienced such crap in my life as I have in a facility!!! Im just trying to do my job and then this??? Im too nice.....believe it or not.
