Here in the mid atlantic its been off and on rain all day, its pretty muggy here

rain, sleet, ice, and snow
not to mention the cold.....

Tulsa OK woke up to a bizarro thunder-blizzard... I think it's just raining now.

Florida was shaking last night with thunder, lightening and high winds. This morning was rain, then sun, then heat and now cool and windy.

Had some heavy storms roll through this part of Indiana earlier - enough to make me lose power several times. Decided not to risk blowing up the laptop, lol. They've passed now, though, and it's just sprinkling.

Down to 25 tonight in SW Iowa......It sucks

Beautiful, but the wind is supposed to pick up. We had sandstorms last weekend. Temperatures are getting up into the 80s during the day, many days, evenings drop into the 50s. The sky is crystal clear, and because I live in the middle of nowhere, is a beautiful rich black that I would NOT compare to velvet. It's more like ink. Definitely a liquid at any rate, because it is bottomless, and the stars float in it, some closer, some farther away.


My friends and family don't understand it, but I love the desert.
