For the type of person you are trying to attract, your profile is fine. Seems you are very 'church-like'. At first, it seems a little 'in your face'. That might be something to bring up on the second or third date. I don't know ... I'm out of my element on this one. It makes sense for people that are super devout to wear that on their sleeve so they only attract the same.
I would shorten the first paragraph a little though, and instead, add something FUN and whimsical. What do you like to do? What type of lady do you like (prissy, athletic, homebody, adventurous, etc). I would also switch your main pic. The one you have now is too grainy. The other is much clearer and is more inviting for someone to click your profile. Maybe add one with a smile! Have a blast! Whooo Hoooo! Rock on!

I think Melody is right a smile would be nice to see as you have a very strong face and nice features. Your eyes are beautiful so the smile will shine in them. I can see what Melody was saying but I also believe that your profile is fitting for the type of man you happen to be. Your faith is beautiful and will be what draws in the right woman for you. God is a huge part of my life and I'll never put Him on the back burner to meet someone. I think thats the problem we hide ourselves from each other for so long we don't even know who we are any more. And if there is one thing I know it's that I'm nothing without the Lord. So if thats scares women away then it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Like God says a blessed man is a mirror. Meaning they don't even see me they see whats wrong with themselves. What good is it for me to play small or hide what I believe in (those that believe in nothing fall for anything) I'm a man of God and for Him and Him alone I shine. If women are scared of a man who knows who he is and has a true understanding of himself and the Lord. At the same time he is doing his best to be a man the Lord whats him to be so be it. What I see on here is a lot of people who have a lot of ideals of what they want and don't pat attention to what they really need (LOVE) . Well not me. I'll shot for the moon and if I miss then I'll still be among the stars. I trust the Lord will bring the right women into my life when the time is right. It's funny because think just for a second and think about the things women say in there profiles and what they are looking for. Honesty, Secure, done being a player, no games, looking for a man and not a boy. And so on. Well thats me. Now I haven't always been like that. But with the Lord's help I'm getting closer everyday. I like to say I'm not the best looking man in the world but I do have a choice. And I choose not to settle. I've never had a problem getting a woman it's the right one that eludes me. Just how I feel. |
