Does Dixie have weight issues? not yet, shes 5# heaver then when we got her, but with it being winter I can see some of it. I have seen so many bassets that are way over wt.

Its the same treats he gobbles up at home...he is just telling the vet what he thinks of him ramming a thermometer up his butt, sticking him with needles and shooting stuff up his nose ,feeling around in places he may find undignified and most of all being told he is fat and needs a diet!

Okay, number one I think spending an afternoon drilling holes can be very romantic, given the right two partners. Ya work up a good sweat and ya get to have ice cream afterwords. Number two, my dog has no bias toward to anyone. If you have treats he's your buddy.
