Well It is that time of year again, we had 3 touch down within 10 miles of Lincoln yesterday, 9 people injured and several out buildings and cars destroyed I live in Tampa ... home of the Buccaneers. We haven't had three touchdowns in an entire season, let alone a day. Sorry to hear that though.

Oh goodness! I don't know if I could live smack in the middle of tornado alley.
I remember as a child, when one came close. My step-mother woke us all up and we went down to my grandparent's house (less than a mile down the road) because they had a basement. It was the middle of the night and dark and raining hard. |

|
|
|
|
Tornados don't bother me at all, we get so much advance warning it's rediculous. The only people who get hurt are the ones who don't heed the warnings...
|

|
|
A couple touched down here this morning. Spring is always an exciting time in Tornado Alley.

Usually they dont bother me but I got caught outside of town running my dog, it poppped up with little warning, we laid in a ditch for about 10 minutes, we were never in any real danger, and I am used to these things, but I will admit I was pretty damned scared for a couple of minutes

I live in tornado alley too. Fun fun time of year. Nothing was as fun as Ivan and Katrina. Lost trees in my back yard to them. |
