Alright, Dr. I too, have a racing heartbeat, sweaty hands, cant focus, can't sleep and have these reoccuring dreams of a man's naked body!! I don't know what to do - what is wrong with me? What will make everything all better? Meg, I suggest you schedule an appointment with me ASAP. You might have to participate in an experiment. I am eager and willing - anything that can relieve these...symptoms Can you explain yr symptoms in more detail please? Well, Dr. Scorpio, it all starts when I fall asleep. The next thing I know, I am dreaming of this man, a beautiful, naked man, and he is doing all of these wonderful things..... I wake up, my heart is racing, my body is sweating, I have this ache deep inside and I can't fall back asleep. Any suggestions? Meg.....how often do you experience these symptoms??? Every night What do you think it is you need in order to decrease yr anxiety?
