Ummm, my heart is racing, my hands are sweaty, experiencing difficulty breathing, hot flush from head to toe. What the hell is that? You might be experiencing a panic attack...lie down immediately and take deep breaths. Contact a Dr. as soon as possiblye. A daily regiment of anti-depressive medication may be implemented.
