Or, you might want to put some ice on it. You can rotate it also. But usually heat the first 24 hrs then ice.
Use a heating pad, it might help a little  im ok just a little sore from packing concrete all day yesterday |

Well I have to run to the store in the a m and get some things I forgot but won't take long then i'm gonna do some laundry.

Finished work at 3:00...came home and changed closed, then ran topless to feed Mocha & back. Have laundry going now.  Just realized, I haven't had anything but a bowl of Cheerios this morning to eat...any meatloaf left over ((((Mari))))?
