Feel lucky you have a job....Hell Ive took concessions to keep mine,long before Obama tyook office! You gota do what you gota do.....Working for the state you should have expected it or have you not been paying attention to whats been happening?

My mom worked for a not-for-profit company. During Bush's tenure, monies were cut to her organization. They then had budget problems. Everybody in her company volunteered to work a day for free so nobody would have to be laid off.

I do go in and work for free winx over and above the normal eighty hours I put in biweekly I pull every other Saturday free just because I want to get the food stamps out. Just because I feel it is a higher calling to be a civil servant and I get yelled at by my boss who doesn't think I should do it.
