99% of men will NEVER admit they are less than 5'9". I find they commonly lie and say they are 5'10", regardless of their actual height. I know this as I am 5'8" barefoot. They still lie after I tell them this and we arrange to meet. Um...... you know I was going to find out? I thought about showing up with a tape measure a few times.

It behooves me that people will actually lie to a person they plan on meeting. Is building a false image of yourself in someones mind really going to be excusable when you actually meet?

Or the guy who said he was divorced on his profile but actually was still married, not even separated. He said his wife moved out and was living with some other guy for the past three years and he figured it was just as good as being divorced???

This is why I made sure that my profile is honest about both me and what I am looking for. No surprises on either side.

Ya I met someone online pretending to be this country guy .. He did have a great buisness and farm but he portrayed to be a loner and a christian and he was far from both..
Come to find out he flew all over the world meeting girls and had a great thing going on..

Hey, thats better than being told she's a single mother who's living with a friend until she can find a place to live. You show up 15 minutes early to find out she's married and living and the family is still together in the same house. I had a date tell me he went out with a woman who told him her hair was a wig and that she had a medical condition that prevented her from growing hair.

He then said her wig looked just like my hair, and that she was a pig.

I think I'm 5'10"...but my visual perception of height is distored due to my unusually long hair. I was 5'8" when I was 18, figure I grew an inch or two since then.*

*No actual evidence of this, I haven't looked at my height since I was 18 so I have absolutely no clue if I'm taller...hell, I could be shorter.

I must be the 1% because I know I can't pass for 5'8 much less 5'10". Luckily Angel is 5'3".

It amazes me hw many people do lie about themselves I can never understand it. eventually you may want to meet them and then what? your supposed to say "oh that's okay? Sorry I have walked away from women and left them standing there scratching their heads as to why.

As for my profile its accurate. I even updated it yesterday about the additional weight I gained.. Funny thing too. But thats a temporary thing . BUT its still there for now..

I'm happy to be in the other 10%, the ones that are truthful about themselves in their profile.

I have found that the guys who repeatedly tell me what a great guy they are, are actually the ones to avoid.... they are actually trying to convince themselves as well as me.

Well this guy I met..... After a few monthes of talking He flew down and then I flew up..
He pretended to be a one woman kind of guy and his front was amazing..
Then after meeting his family etc.. We went to his place..
WOW a batcholor pad on the farm ha ha ha'' He even had a bed in the back of his truck and lap tops in every roon..
He had women all over the states that he would fly to see.. with mapped out cities on the wall and files of each stored on his laptops..

hahaha---I didn't know I was short (5'7") until I got on these sites.

The average height of a man is 5'8" or 5'9", depending on the study. I am taller than average for a woman.

Well, at least I'm in the average range.*

*Again, just a guess...could be taller, could be shorter...then again, why argue height when there are far more important things to know such as but not limited too; am I dating an axe murder? Am I dating a serial killer? Or, am I dating an axe serial killer?
