I think that in the end if they aren't legit it will soon show up by their postings or in intimate email contact when two people are in the getting to know you stage. I know it will show up in the Webcam stage or phone call stage. I insist on a Webcam session before a first meet. I started doing that about 18 months ago and won't change it. webcam meeting is a good policy  After I had a first meet in Ketchikan a while back. The guy sounded wonderful, I just kind of sat there shocked at what approached my table. He was at least 150 pounds heavier, 20 years older, and I don't think he had used soap and water in the last month.. When I mentioned it he simply told me that at my age I should be grateful for a date.  Damn I didn't think I was that old yet... Now Webcam.. |

 I dont think women lie as much as the guys do. At least not about the same things. But I did meet a woman on here that always came to visit me where I lived but never wanted me to come and visit her where she lived. It was like there was always an excuse. Looking back on that now it does seem kind of shady.

In spite of my exterior, I'm a pretty caring guy and let people with troubles get to me. Had a few of my own that I managed alone and would have loved to have someone even ask if I could use a hand, shoulder, etc. I'll meet mine in line at the grocery store I'm sure.
