I have a long list (and growing) of people that I have viewed and people who have viewed my profile. Is it possible to delete those entries.

none that I know of - don't click of view more, then list will be shorter

i can click remove to any that have viewed me...

Actually I am going through now and removing them.. There is pages and pages of them and mutual matches. I wish we could do it at least by pages.

I stand corrected, I only viewed the recent activity, not who viewed me.

Hi, moonboy_43. If I understand correctly, it sounds like you want to clear your 'Recent Activity' list. I'm afraid that it's not possible to do at this time.
