I've met 3 ppl so far.. First guy was not what his picture looked like, at all.. And creepy. Second guy was normal, thank God, but there was no spark at all. Last guy.. OMG. Guess he forgot to mention no teeth and b.o. before we met.
I am seriously considering just staying single.. for the rest of my life. Right now, celibacy doesn't sound all that bad.

I hear you on that one. I've had a total number of five dates via online dating these last couple of months, and they were all less-than-to-be-desired. I had better luck getting rejected at the local singles' bar.

i have discovered this too, but i'm glad my pics look worse than i do, this way, they don't run quite as fast, and i can usually tackle them before they get away and tell everybody else that i look like this picture here. yep it's me

I must have good luck or something then, b/c I've only met two guys online and both become my boyfriend. One I randomly met on myspace, but a year later he turned on me and left me for someone else. And then the other I met on another site, but he had to move back home (500 miles away). However, I know that if he were still in St. Louis, that we'd still be together today. So, so far... my luck has been good. Not to mention, my last ex was beyond attractive!!!

Single is very comfortable.... and this medium is fascinating for people pretending to be something they are not...I don't understand what that is, but the men I have met from this site were nothing like they said they were...(character traits, not physicality)..whereas the women are EXACTLY who they said they were. |

Apparently I attract rejects lol. I'm not sure how to take that..
;) I'm perfectly comfortable staying single for now... I'm glad some people have had success (even if it hasn't worked out in the long run)... Maybe there's some hope some day for me. |
