Why do some politicians create laws based on religion? Like the same sex marriage thing, marijuana laws, blue laws, etc... Not EVERY citizen in America is religious...so why should we have to live under these laws?

Whatever happened to constitutional rights and freedom?

Haha. Yeah...we never really did have any rights or freedom. Except the "right to bear arms", and look where that got us. Random people going on shooting sprees.scared

"Freedom of speech" has gotten a little better over the years (not by much).

That's why it kills me every time somebody tells me to thank a U.S. soldier for my "freedom". laugh

you are right....we are supposed to have separation of church and state.i guess the law makers go with what they believe and sometimes forget that not all of america believes what they do

that would be my guess any way
