As we live our lives each day.
We wonder will it always be this way.
Are things never here to stay?
Will things always go away?

There are so many things to see.
Life has no guarantee.
At times we feel the need to plea.
As we kneel down on one knee.

Could it really be true?
Maybe one needs to review.
We should always agree.
To always see things though.

When it’s time and the day is done.
And we no longer see the sun.
We remember all the fun.
And the things we have done.

As we see the morning light.
It brings such great delight.
It seems to invite.
And tell us it’s alright.

As if one is possessed.
You will go out and not protest.
You must get up and get dressed.
For today nothing will make you depressed.

As you look out at the morning dew.
You have so many things to do.
You wonder is it only you?
Do others actually have a clue?

How life can be so sweet.
And we can feel so complete.
To each and everyone we greet.
For we no longer feel the need to retreat.

As we smile we want all to see.
This is really me.
The way I like to be.
For today let’s just agree.

For all will have to say.
What a beautiful day.
That has come my way.
I wish it was here to stay.

Gryphyn, well this is the first one I have wrote in a while but it has
been a good day today. And ya know the only person we normaly hided from
is ourselves anyway.

and why do we hide from ourselves???
Because WE are our own worst critic???

Humm ya got that right SCG we sure are. I don't need anyone to judge me
for I do that enough all by myself
