If your profile is clear that you are not looking -- status "friends" -- and you just post in the forums and have fun, there is no reason you shouldn't tell him you are still on Mingle.

Wouldn't you rather tell him instead of him finding out and thinking you are trying to hide something? As long as you aren't trolling for new dudes then you have nothing to hide. Telling him first will strengthen your trust.
