It really is amazing when it comes down to the wire, what really is the most treasured possessions... obviously one's kids, pets... then their memories..(photos of my folks, my childhood, my kid's babyhoods) then one's identity. Something a lot of the Victorian bushfire victims found... they had no provable identity after the fire..as everything was gone.

I would have to say they are items that belonged to my Mother, Dad and Grandmother while they were alive. Even though they are of no value to most there is a world of memories within them for me.
