Unforunately in social terms men in their 30's are judged by what they can own. Being great father material seems to hold less value these days. Actually I get the vibe that not being divorced at least once by your mid thirties is'nt natural, which is sad. Just do what feels right, despite of what society thinks. |

I am dating a guy who is 45 never been married and has no children...I think it is great. He says because he was waiting for me all of his life. How sweet is that. People will always judge you on whatever you do so don't sweat it just do what you want.

 BE GRATEFUL!!!!!!!!!! I think being divorced with 3 kids and three child support payments at the age of 30+ would "FEEL WEIRD".  I know that would be a deal breaker for me.

I often get funny looks when i say i have a diff name from my kids, i was never married, but i have 2 boys, and believe me, ive faced some condemning looks! There will always be assumptions and judgments made, no matter wat ya do. |
