For me, a "SOUL MATE" is the most important love of a person's life.
All others rate a lesser/lower degree of love. Thus only 1 real soulmate. Been there, got the T-shirt & living w/o her now. The love is still the same, after 12 yrs. |

I think your frame of mind matters. Although it may be a different person after your soulmate leaves, you have the chance to make it the best it can be between you and your new relationship.

I think you'll always deeply love your soulmate. When you can build a strong union with a new relationship, you're not throwing away what you had and it doesn't diminish, you're getting on with your life and letting your soul sing.
