Topic: Horror movie ideas they should give up on. | |
---|---|
You know, they can only make so many horror movies around the idea of incest and an isolated family feeling the need to keep the bloodline pure. You see one, you see them all. They can't seem to do anything to make them stand out from one another. They should just give up on that story line.

Something called Lake something or other on the Sci-Fi station.
Seen one at an indie film festival. There was the X-files episode. And another one I saw a long time ago. All 4 were really almost exactly the same. It's not a good plot. You can't make it new and different. |

Its nothing but horrible CGI, bad acting, and a plot written by a 5 year old |

It's a bad plot that I don't think can be done well. I think the plot itself needs to be canned. |

The typical child ghost revenge story is really played out.
The zombie genre is getting beat into the ground. Horror remakes is another one that is getting old really fast. |

They need to give up on the whole genre. It went in the trash ages ago.

They need to give up on the whole genre. It went in the trash ages ago. But, they can't, until they have remade every single horror movie from the 70's thru the 90's. |

Event Horizon -great sci fi horror movie. Sunshine felt like a bad knock off it. I get tired of stupid slasher movies that all have the same plot. I loved Rob Zombie's Halloween remake though.

But...but...but...Zombies are the greatest thing ever! And there are so many different ways and plagues for the Zombie Apocalypse to begin! I mean, granted, George Romero fell way short of the mark with Diary of the Dead[his last and final movie in the 'Dead' series], but still! Zombies are awesome! |
