When you forsake yourself in an attempt to please others so they will like you, you are doing yourself a disservice. Please yourself and be true to and for yourself FIRST AND FOREMOST. Take care of yourself first and you will be in a better position to help others when they need it. Empower yourself first and you will be a powerful effect on others. wow I needed that it is so true.I'm older in yrs and have always done for others,it's almost like I don't know how to please me but I'm trying

wow I needed that it is so true.I'm older in yrs and have always done for others,it's almost like I don't know how to please me but I'm trying I am in the same boat i have such low self of steam that i tend to hate my self i dont know why.but i allways seem to want other people to like me and push them to like me.Working the job i do as a miller rep i allways seem to call my manager telling him the same story this person seems he dont like me that person on and on..He allways tells me the same thing if im happy we are good and at this point of time im happy.But still i allways do so much for people i tend to for get about my self.
