My parents built my character and taught me to be an indepedent individual -- not to follow the norms of society and break out on my own.
 No one hindered me because I wouldn't, and I still don't, allow negative energy around me.  I've had my fitness business for 19 years, earned my bachelor's degree and now I'm almost finished with my master's degree. My PhD is next. I don't plan on stopping.  My parents instilled my ambition. My wonderful parents! *RIP* What sucks the most is not being able to tell my Mom when I make the Dean's list or having my Daddy bring me my birthday corsage.  I wish they could see the adult I came to be.   True story!

1. There were a few people that were employed in a certain investment firm that helped get me hired...I don't think I ever said thanks to them..so I'm saying it now...they didn't know me too well..just friends of friends...but I'm certain they put my resume to the top list..and pushed me to their bosses...
2. A former boss in an accounting department...I was pigeonholed into doing one type of work only...no room for advancement, cross knowledge, vertical/horizontal expansion...there I stayed dutifully for many years....until i quit Roco |

Nobody has got in my way or hindered me, if you don't let negative people influence you then the only friction in your life is yourself which leads ones self to take on his or her own responsibilities. |

I hindered myself and so did alot of family members. They always wanted me safe and I can appreciate it but they stopped me from doing alot of the things I always wanted to by saying it was a stupid thought etc and I LISTENED TO THEM!!! So basically it was my choice in both aspects. |
