Hi July Have not read that book. How is your back? My back is slowly improving. I worked last night and went to PT this morning. They really put me through my paces but it is really helping. Good to hear your improving :) thanks carol, how is your foot? It is my knee on the other side that gives me more problems :) Started excersizing too the inactivity for a month ache all over

No, but I'm going to send her an e-card in a moment, she was on tagged today, but I missed her. Good to know she was on she was on here last night but didn't see her get on the thread tried to call put no answer. Didn't know she was sick.
