I'm with Pete...if it happens, and it happens seldom, it's during the holidays.
I am also an only child and I think most only children grow up feeling quite naturally at ease with alone time. Personally I get quite unhappy without it. |

The last two months I have been I believe at my loneliest. Whats weird, is before I met the girl who broke my heart, I was always completely fine.

I usually get lonely from the period a little before my birthday (early-December) to a week or two after Valentine's Day. There may also be some other periods that'll get to me, too.

I'm never lonely. I really like my 'alone time', and every other minute I am with either my pets or all the people in my daily life.

Most lonely? Wow, I don't really know. I mean I am lost without my destined other half most of the day, it's hard to pin-point an exact moment where I am at my loneliest.

Holidays and special occasions are hard for me if I don't have family and/or friends around... but the times I feel the most lonely are when I'm in love with someone and going through a period of time when we just aren't connecting for whatever reason. Breakups and/or yearning for a relationship sucks, but that hurt has reason behind it.. I just think it hurts much more when you can't understand why you feel the way you do. |
