Ok, I have a question about the profiles. I have a condition that basically causes me hell, and I was wondering if people will respond more to that or less?

What condition? The fact that the person can not be married? That all depends on the individual. Not something that can really be generalized.

I am sorry for your condition !! But I have several good friends that have it too...... No problem as far as friends go.. it is not a determining factor....

I do not see how that can be a problem. But again it still depends on the individual and how they foresee it.

If it makes that much difference to someone then they are most likely to shallow for you to consider any way

Many poeple live with diabetes, you have to keep in mind that YOU are more than a medical condition and that is what people want to know.

It shouldn't be a problem if a person sees you for who you are and not what condition you have.

I have diabetes as well...I don't see why it would be an issue.

i have a seizure disorder it dont matter really people will still love you, so youll find someone dont worry.your heart is what makes a person.

we all have a problem or 2 pokes be it a health issue or a personal one. if it bothers people then their the ones that will miss out on a possible friendship is how i see it.

thanks for info. I guess my issue is somewhat ego and somewhat vanity. Its just that, well since on of my best friends got married last year, I have had a epiphany of sorts. I have come to realize that I don't want to be single the rest of my life. I want to share my life with someone. And so far that has been my greatest pain that I have suffered through.

Ones illness should not determine a Friendship, a Friendship is built on Trust, understanding and Respect,,, Shallow people will never see this and you are better off without them in your life,,, The ones who see the real you inside will be life long friends.. Good Luck to you and Welcome to JSH
