Progressive is going to raise my insurance rates because I ripped my nail off in my car from trying to put my sun visor back on my way home from New York. Nice. All because Kansas State Law states that ANYTHING that happens in your car is covered by an enforced personal injury insurance coverage on your insurance. *MY RATES GO UP BECAUSE I BROKE A FCKING FINGERNAIL. ummm Enforcer how would they know you broke nail in your car to raise your rates??? Don't you usually have to file a claim of some sort or report that something happened before they would even know to do that?

I told the doctor what happened and they filed it with the Progressive. There is nothing I can do about it. I didn't want to make the claim, the doctors did it. Even though I asked them not to.
